Deposits & custom projects

Deposits are nonrefundable. Refund requests for custom projects are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern about your commission, email aetherandmatter@gmail.com so we can review your individual project.

Returns for premade items

Premade items purchased from Aether & Matter are refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping; Aether & Matter does not cover return shipping.
