Shipping Policy
Production time
Every project is different, so production time varies depending on what we’re making for you. For an estimate for your commission, email aetherandmatter@gmail.com with a few details about your idea. If you have a date in mind, include it so we can discuss timing before you order.
Shipping costs & destinations
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping is generally not included in the initial price of a custom commission. Please ask about shipping costs for your destination when discussing your project so you know what to budget for.
Questions about your order?
Email aetherandmatter@gmail.com for help with production timing or shipping. Include your order number, if you have one, along with your question. For a new commission, include your destination country so we can discuss shipping with you.
